Why do I need to commit to six sessions?Change takes time, effort, and consistency. A minimum of six sessions ensures we have enough time to explore your goals, address challenges, and implement sustainable solutions.

Can I pay for sessions individually?Yes, individual sessions are available. However, purchasing a 6-session bundle saves you money and helps maintain accountability throughout your coaching journey.

Are the sessions online or in person?I offer both online and in-person sessions to suit your preferences and lifestyle. Online sessions provide flexibility, while in-person sessions offer a more personal connection.

How do I book a session?Booking is simple! I have a user-friendly booking system on my website. Visit the "My coaching Services/ Offers" section, chose type of coaching, click “Book”, check the available times, and make your payment to secure your session.

Where do in-person sessions take place?In-person sessions are held in Wimborne, Dorset. Alternatively, I can come to your home for an additional charge based on mileage, at a rate of 45p per mile.
